Today, I’m thankful for prayer. Recently, I was convicted about only praying in the margins. I’ve moved it to a significant part of my day. The blessing has been tremendous. I’m thankful God listens. I’m thankful God gives me this avenue of talking to Him. I’m thankful He doesn’t strike me down for thinking someone as sinful as me can come into His presence.
My goal today is offer myself as part of the answer to my prayers. Rather than just tossing those prayers out there and hoping God will take care of it. My goal is to be an instrument He can use, if He chooses, to be part of the answer.
Almighty God, thank You for letting me offer this prayer. Thank You for giving me another day to lean on You and pray to You. Thank You for adopting me as Your child and welcoming me into Your throne room. I am all Yours today, do with me as You will.
