Today, I’m thankful for kindnesses, especially unexpected ones. My wife has been visiting the chiropractor. When he heard about some trouble I was having, he offered some free services to help me out since we were already struggling to pay for her treatment and therapy. It’s always nice to receive such kindnesses.
My goal today is to pass on kindness myself. Honestly, it is amazing what a difference a week makes. Last week at this time, I was on cloud nine. This week, I’m down. But I don’t want to take that out on anyone, especially not my family. I can be down, a little sad, but I still want to be kind to others. That’s my goal for today.
Heavenly Father, You are the awesome God. You have shown me so much kindness it is unbelievable. Thank You. Strengthen me to pass that kindness and love on to others, even when I don’t feel like it. I am all Yours today; do with me as You will.
