Today, I’m thankful for…well…today. I did somethings well yesterday. I screwed up some things yesterday. I’m thankful I have another day to serve and get closer to the Lord. I’m thankful I have another day to serve and get closer to my wife. I’m thankful I have another day to serve and get closer to my children. I’m thankful I have another day to work, accomplish, grow.
My goal is to redeem the time. The days are evil. I don’t know which day will be my last. I want to give all I can into this day. I want to get all I can out of this day.
Great God, You are worthy of all my heart, soul, strength, and might today. Please, take it all. Have it all. Remove from me every defect of character that will get in the way of Your use of me today. I am all Yours today. Do with me as You will.
