Today, I’m thankful because God has given me enough. I don’t need anything more than He is giving me. I don’t need to chase sins and addictions and compulsions to complete me or fulfill my life. God is with me and that is enough. I have eaten today. I’m breathing today. I do have clothes today. Really? What more do I need?
My goal today is to be thankful for God and for all He has given me. He really has given me enough. He is sufficient and what He has provided me is sufficient. His grace is sufficient.
Gracious God, thank You. You are enough. You have given me enough. Thank You for every gift from your blessed hand: salvation, family, food, air, shelter, clothing, the Bible, Your Spirit, everything. You are my Shepherd; I want for nothing. I am all Yours today; do with me as You will.
