Today, I’m thankful for my support groups. I have multiple. Last night, I got to meet with one group for a time of prayer. This morning, I’m getting to meet with one of my discipleship groups. Every week we meet and the first thing we do is check in spiritually. We talk about what we’ve been studying and praying about. We share where we’ve had victories, where we’ve had failures, and what danger zones we see looming ahead. It is a great time. I’m thankful for brothers who are willing to meet.
My goal today is to be a support, to listen attentively, to pray fervently, to serve graciously.That is how I want my brothers to respond to me.
Gracious Father, thank You for my brothers and sisters. Thank You for the support so many give me. Strengthen me to be just as much of a support. May we all stand so close together none of us can fall down. I am all Yours today; do with me as You will.
