I am looking for someone that has experience with physical, verbal and emotional abuse that has lasted 40ish years from an adopted Brother. He is 4 years younger than me but was/is very strong. When we were children, he was physically abusive, as he got older he added verbal insults, threats, etc. He has been incarcerated for drugs and alcohol, starting in his Freshman year of College and continuing until July 2018 with an assault on our brother. He has destroyed my parents home, pictures, etc. It is no longer safe to visit my parents because of his erratic behavior. I have been to therapy in the past (when I was 11 years old and 19 years ago) but it seemed to make my depression worse. This has affected my mental and physical health for many many years,
